On March 5, 2013, United States Magistrate Judge Susan K. Lee filed her Report and Recommendation (Doc. 20) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72(b). Magistrate Judge Lee recommended that Plaintiff's Motion for Attorney's Fees be granted and that Plaintiff be awarded attorney's fees in the amount of $2, 362.50, costs of $350.00, and expenses of $17.37, for a total award of $2, 729.87. (Doc. 20 at 3).
The parties have not filed objections to the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation. Nevertheless, the Court has reviewed de novo the record in this matter, and it agrees with the Magistrate Judge's well-reasoned conclusions.
Accordingly, the Court ACCEPTS and ADOPTS Magistrate Judge Lee's findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations pursuant to § 636(b)(1) and Rule 72(b). Plaintiff's Motion for Attorney's Fees is GRANTED. Plaintiff is awarded attorney's fees in the amount of $2, 362.50, ...
