On October 24, 2014, United States Magistrate Judge Susan K. Lee filed a Report and Recommendation (Doc. 534) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(b)(1). Magistrate Judge Lee recommended that Defendant's Motion to Suppress Wiretap (Doc. 512) be denied. (Doc. 534 at 9).

Defendant has filed no objections to the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation.[1] Nevertheless, the Court has reviewed the record in this matter, and it agrees with the Magistrate Judge's well-reasoned conclusions.

Accordingly, the Court ACCEPTS and ADOPTS Magistrate Judge Lee's findings of fact and conclusions of law, and Defendant's Motion to Suppress Wiretap (Doc. 512) is hereby DENIED.

SO ORDERED.
